修辞是语言学习中一个重要的部分，它可以让语言更有魅力，也更有趣味性，在英语中也有很多短语都有比喻的含义，大体上可分为明喻simile、暗喻metaphor。明喻是用as、like等词将具有某种共同特征的，两种不同事物连接起来的一种修辞手法，表达方法是：A像B。

　　“畅销”的英文表达中用了一个比喻

　　这本书卖得怎么样?

　　不要直接翻译成：看起来像一百万美元

　　英文释义：to look very good
