Describe an unusual meal you had Actually, the most unusual meal was the diner i had in the Penfolds Magill Estate. As my mum was going to visit me last year, I booked an journey, offered by the estate, ye you can still reserve the trip on the Penfolds website currently. The trip was quite interesting: we were led to visit the Brewing Chamber and Wine Cellar in Magill. After visiting, we could taste at least , well, 11 wines on a list, which were the top 20 wines in their Retail Stores, and the whole trip cost only 25 dollars per person. After tasting, actually, me and my mom really wanna enjoy our diner with those good wines, so our sommelier /sɒ'meljeɪ/ arranged a table for us and recommended some amazing dishes in order to further tasting. In order to match our food, we ordered some flowery and smooth red wine. Could you give me any recommendation? I’d like to take some smooth fruity wine with my grilling steak. I wanna order one glass of Penfolds Shiraz 2013. Absolutely, we enjoyed the meal, and we took one bottle of Shiraz 2013 home when finishing the diner. I have to say, Shiraz is the most fruity and flowery wine i have ever tasted. Actually, if you use the ‘wine connoisseur’, it is sort of a snobby. Usually, we describe such position as ‘wine professional’,‘wine taster’, or ‘sommelier’.
