Jeff: Can you help me to proof read my new job description?
Joan: Sure Jeff. I wrote mine last week so I have some experience.

Joan: I know, but it is very important.
Jeff: Why do your think that having a job description is so vital?
Joan: Well, if you get run over by a bus and cannot come back to work, we can use the job description to train your replacement!

杰夫:说这个真可怕!
琼:也许你的职位描述的一点应该是避免被公共汽车撞!
