“舔狗”

意思是指对方对自己没有好感，

还一再地放下尊严地

用热脸去贴冷屁股的人。

根据剑桥词典官网的解释：

flatterer means someone who praises people without being sincere

指阿谀奉承的人;拍马屁的人。

例如：

You can't believe a word Tony says, he's a real flatterer.

托尼的话你一个字都不能信，他是个十足的马屁精。

当flatter作为名词时，是由flat转变过来的，意思为使某种东西平坦的人或者东西（a flat-faced blacksmith's tool）。

simp是simpleton的缩写

维基百科上对simp解释为：

Simp is an Internet slang term（网络流行词） describing someone who performs excessive sympathy and attention toward another person, sometimes in pursuit of a sexual relationship.

Urban Dictionary 将simp定义为"someone who does way too much for a person they like"（为他们喜欢的人做得太多的人）。而且这种舔狗行为不分性别，舔的对象包括明星、政要，甚至还有虚拟角色。

例如：
