抑郁症:depression

抑郁症主要表现之:情绪波动 ( Mood swings)

One minute I feel the happiest person in the world and the next minute I feel awfully sad. I feel happy because I'm alone, but feel depressed because I'm lonely. It's actually confused feeling.

If you are prone to depression, this feeling probably sounds familiar to you. Depressed and sad people have a tendency to sleep in but it's not the solution. Exercise is a better option.
