高 级 词汇已在手，我让雅思抖三抖。我已经背了这么多词汇了，雅思7分唾手可得，欧耶。

　　走出考场后，我激动地要跳起来了，因为我背的词汇用上了。自认为写作写的不错，所以等待成绩的日子也过得格外开心。

　　终于到了“放榜”的日子，坐在电脑的旁边的我看到成绩后，整个人傻掉了，写作成绩6分，都不是6.5分。之后才知道，备考思路错啦，错在哪了呢?

　　首先，我们先来看看雅思作文的评分标准：

　　上述标准对词汇的要求：9分-使用丰富的词汇;能自然地使用并掌握复杂的词汇特征;极少出现轻微错误，且仅出现笔误。8分-流畅和灵活地使用丰富的词汇，达意准确;熟练地使用不常用词汇，但在词语选择及搭配方面偶尔出现错误;拼写及构词方面错误极少;7分-使用足够词汇，体现一定灵活性及准确性;使用不常见词汇，对语体和搭配有一定认识;在选择用词、拼写及构词方面可能偶尔出现错误。

　　简单地说，词汇方面就是三个标准：1.高 级正式，2.多样性，3.地道和恰当性。

　　高 级 词汇能帮我上7吗?答案是肯定的，所以积累高 级单词是必须做的一件事。我们必须承认，在表达同一意思的单词中，选择高 级的正式词汇确实有助于提高分数。

　　比如：

　　上述题目中有这样的描述：2030年到2040年日本的老年人比例骤增。骤增的表达可以是increase dramatically，也可以是surge，在这里surge(a sudden large increase in something that has previously been steady,or has only increased or developed slowly)可以准确地表达变化情况。

　　再比如：

　　It is common that TV news programs show images of disasters and violence to the public. Discuss the reasons and what are the effects on individuals and on society?

　　上述题目中可能会用到这样的表达reportthe detail of violence，这可以改为reportthe violence in graphic detail，graphic一词让表达提升了一个level。

　　但是，用高 级 词汇时必须准确和地道，否则宁愿选择相对简单但是准确的词汇。以下是同一道题目的两篇文章：

Children have more access to broaden their horizon and enjoy knowledge information from the technology equipment. 　　Sample1中含有亮点词汇，但是这篇才5.5分。而sample2是官方范文，含有较多地道表达。

　　除此之外，多样性也是比较重要的一个点。一篇文章中，同一个意思的单词应尽可能使用不同的词，短语或者其他方式表达。

　　比如：

　　上述小作文中会多次使用上升的表达，大家都知道动词如increase/grow/rise，但是转换一种方式表达，就显得多样了。比如experience an increase/growth/rise.

　　In a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities. Other believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.

　　题干中的fast train可以被替换成high-speedrail/high-speed lines. 除此之，也可以说high-speed train/high speed railway. 写关于交通话题时，我们会用到通勤者一词，大家都会用people/people relying on...，也可以直接使用commuter一词。

　　总体来说，作文要出成绩，不仅仅要积累高 级 词汇，还在于对词汇的其他要求。备考期间，对症下药，才能落笔得分。
