　　The major problem, to my mind, lies in education. The dropout rate of teenagers reaches 40% in remote rural areas, according to a nation wide survey. Besides, there are no enough open universities where young people can continue their study.

　　Another problem faced by most young people is employment. It is more and more difficult for young people to get satisfactory jobs nowadays, even if they own degrees. Many enterprises and companies prefer experienced job seekers. They consider it an extra cost to train greenhorns. The statistical data shows that 35% college graduates of 2003 have not been employed till now. And there is a lack of vocational guidance for young people in society.
