最近小编在追热播剧《欢乐颂》(Ode To Joy),小魔女曲筱绡在招待外商的时候远程求助Andy,面对一桌子的上海美味,老外是眼花缭乱充满了兴趣,在问及“三黄鸡”时,Andy 报上的菜名是 soy sauce chicken(酱油鸡,其实三黄鸡是鸡的品种,酱油鸡是三黄鸡的一种烹饪方式),Andy从小在美国长大,可能不确定三黄鸡到底是什么东东,对于中国博大精深的美食文化,我们可不能搞错哦!
Soy sauce chicken is a northern Chinese dish. It is made of chicken that is cooked with soy sauce.There is also a Cantonese-style soy sauce chicken (港式酱油鸡) that is not cooked with soy sauce but marinated after cooking.
