Receiving Clients
1.商务建议
热情周到地接待来访客户，会给初次会面的客户留下良好的印象，从而顺利开启双方合作的大门。通常，接待人员会遇到两种客户：预约到访的客户(clients with an appointment)和无约造访的客户(clients without an appointment)。 May I help you?（我可以为你效劳吗？）通常是招呼客户的句话，进而以Do you have an appointment?（您预约了吗？）来确认进一步的接触。

接待预约客户
A:Good morning, sir. Welcome to our company. May I help you?
早上好，先生，欢迎光临我们公司。我可以为您效劳吗？
B:Good morning.I would like to see Mr.Stone?
早上好，我想见史东先生。
A:Have you made an appointment?
您提前和他约好了吗？
B:Yes, I've got an appointment with him at 9:30.
是的，我和他约好九点半见面。
A:Can I have your name, please?
能告诉我您的姓名吗？
B:Tom Baker,the Sales Manager from American Sunshine Company.
